Daily coaching and Managing the Parts Support Desk team. The focus is specially triggered to the support of the dealernetwork and the After Sales team of Nissan Netherlands for the performance area. Responsible for the continuity of the business in general.

Working with people to support them, guide and/or coaching, consulting/ advising or dissolving (with) their problems, have my interest and are also very important to me. In my daily business, a functionallity within management is for me like a glove and my ambitions are high in performance.

I’m looking forward for a new challenge within management. As Team Manager & Coordinator, I use my experience and expertise. The knowledge and expertise which I’ve gained and all the skills that I spent over the years within the MSX International & Nissan organization drives me into a new challenging job. Skills and expertise’s which your company can use. I work and think at HBO level.

Recent achievements:
• Launch and set-up of the Nissan Parts Support
Service Desk started in January 2007.
• Coordination of the Nissan removal of local storage to external Webshop activity.
Outsourcing result in efficiency and significantly cost reduction of 1€M for Nissan in storage
• Creation and application of efficiency in invoicing processes of suppliers.
Invoicing change from manual to an automatic invoice process, time saving and FTE costs.
• Improve and implementation of extra parts-ordering systems for the Nissan dealerships.
Optimizing the Dealernetwork & customer services level to gain more turnover & profits
• The application efficiency at various parts logistics processes and
implementation of various internal processing. Result was decreasing unnecessary parts claims
and reduced costs effectively for more than 125K€ on yearly base.
• Implementation of working procedures / ISO standard.
Efficiency results and timesaving per employee. Reducing in FTE effectively.
• After Sales Co-realization of the intended objectives (targets).
• Co-realization and sales support during accessory i.a. exhibitions.
• Maintain the relationship between MSX International as a full business partner of Nissan.
• Responsible for the invoicing processes for dealer network.
Positive result was the development and implementation of several invoicing tools servicing the
dealernetwork properly, results in cost reduction for more than 350€K in 2008
• The preparation, implementation and monitoring of KPIs, high score team performance in 2012, 2013 & 2014
average rate of 93,5 % satisfaction
. Responsible & coordination in implementation of Nissan GASS/ SAP system for dutch Dealer Network 2015
Reorganisation in coordination of the Dutch and French Parts team in 2014, separation of front office & backoffice
transfer to Paris.
